Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We will utilize this to complete your intake forms or update any changes prior your scheduled appointment.
All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card. On the day of service/treatment you may choose your form of payment.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other guests, please please plan accordingly and be on time. Late arrival may result in your treatment being shortened so that our guests who arrive on time may be treated at there allotted time. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. You are responsible for 100% of your full session payment.
To be courteous and fair to all guests, a 24 hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the service amount for your appointment.
Forgetting or choosing to forgo your appointment will be considered a no-show. You will be charged 100% of your full session amount.
Consultation its complementary to new and existing clients. Our Consultation appointments adhere to the same cancellation and no-show policy as scheduled a $50 fee will be assessed if your appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled with 24-hour notification.
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
Gratuity is left to the discretion of our clients.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges on Services
We do not give refunds on services rendered, however, we will address your concerns immediately. If you are not satisfied with a treatment you received please let us know within 48 hours.
Returns and exchanges will be honored within 14 days of your dated receipt. If you are returning skin care products, 75% of contents must remain for full refund. Items returned without a receipt will be issued an in-store credit or exchange. All sales on clearance items are final sale.
